Rooftop was the highlight for us! Lovely pool, great view of the Taj Mahal, and very attentive serving team - also delicious food! The room itself was also a lovely quality, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds, and fresh linen every day which was a luxury. There was a large selection of food for the buffet but it wasn't the best food I've eaten in India! We missed the authenticity of an independent hotel and a team that is keen to provide the personal touches to give you the best experience.

Absolute pleasure staying in this hotel. We arrived exhausted directly after landing in Delhi and got checked in instantly even though it was only 9am - couldn’t express how grateful we were! The food was excellent, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can tell hygiene standards are very high. Everyone was also really kind and helpful. At the end, we also got a late checkout. Bit of dust here and there in the room but this had no impact on our overall satisfaction. Thank you.

An excellent place to stay. The whole place was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food at the hotel was excellent but what I liked was the welcoming and attentive service. Our servers - Bharat and Nitin were exceptional. The live music was the reason we went to the restaurant the second time even when we didn't have to eat. Exceptional.

A lovely hotel, in Agra. Close to the Taj Mahal, it can be seen from the roof viewing tower. All the staff were extremely polite and keen to ensure you have a great stay. We ate in both restaurants and by the pool. The food is of a high quality and served well. They also follow food safety accreditation, so less worry around what to eat. Housekeeping and valet also very good. Rooms were large and had good a/c. No issues with either.

My stay at ITC Mughal was outstanding! The staff was friendly, courteous, and detail-oriented from the moment I arrived. My stay was genuinely comfortable thanks to my spotless accommodation, stunning views, and opulent amenities. A wide selection of delicious foods were served during the excellent dining experience. The spa and health centers, which offered a tranquil haven, were the real highlight. For anyone seeking the ideal fusion of luxury and leisure, I heartily suggest this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here.Rooms are nice though we felt breakfast is bit crowded. They have a nice lobby bar . There bartender Sai is like a cherry on a cake. Must try his Mughal martini and M sour .

The hospitality is warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the overall experience is great for the price you pay. To enhance guest comfort, they could improve on the bed softness, as it felt a bit too hard after a long journey. Additionally, a more diverse breakfast selection catering to different cultures would make the experience even better. Overall, a great hotel that just needs small improvements to be truly outstanding.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay here. The hotel is well maintained and looks beautiful overall. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of options to choose from and was delicious. However the best part of my stay was how hospitable the staff was to me and my family. I appreciated how attentive and kind the whole team was from the check in to check out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Agra.
