Had a very good experience with this business. Very responsive to calls and chats, he also came on time and fixed my AC issues within 20 minutes. The technician was very professional and experienced. He also checked the stabilizer and cleaned the coils woth no extra charge. Their price is very affordable, given the fast and efficient service they provide. If you want no nonsense, top notch and affordable service for your AC, then Arati refrigeration is the place to go! Mr Raju is super knowledgeble and honest. We got repairs and wet cleaning for 3 of our ACs done today. He was able to accomodate us at very short notice, did a great job in diagnosing the issue and the quality of service overall was top notch. Mind you, 2 other professionals who had visited before him had not been able to identify the root cause, either because they were not experts or were plain lazy to do a thorough investigation. It was a tricky issue and Mr Raju took the time to ensure he identified the root cause and fixed it. Arati Refrigeration is on my dial list for all future AC service needs. Trust me, it should be on yours too!
