I first heard about Dashmesh TV Centre in May 2023. I was on the lookout for an AC for my room and being confined to a wheelchair makes it very difficult to visit different stores as majority of them have stairs. I found this store online and I called them. I never physically visited the store but based on their dealing on the phone, I decided to order my AC from them. It was delivered within two hours and installed the same day. I have rarely come across such great customer service and reliable after sales support. Since then, I have bought 3 more air conditioners from them. And, I still haven't visited the store. In fact, I do not even know where exactly on Sultanwind Road the store is located. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family members and all of them have been impressed by their service and competitive prices. I highly recommend them.
