This time my experience at Croma was very different (had started with 4S from Croma, Bangalore). I had been looking forward to upgrade my iPhone on merits. Rahul was able to convince me on iPhone 16 being on a very different platform. I needed help on transfer of data from my current phone and also, a good introduction to the features. I believe there is no use of having feature-full gadgets without being able to use them. Ranjit appeared from nowhere and started the process in no time. On completion, he breezed through the features and helped me in understanding where to look forward to more help. Patiently he answered all my questions (I am not very tech savvy. I am 70 years young!). A gentleman appeared from nowhere and enquired whether he could be of help. And he did so a couple of times while data transfer had been going on. Much to my pleasure I discovered later that he is the Store Manager, Mr Poovaiah. I felt in safe hands.

We purchased a washing machine here and the process was super smooth! The credit mainly goes to Chetan in picture who always just amazing throughout the purchase! Just loved his attitude and service:) I would surely recommend croma and especially Chetan for his professionalism and dedication!
