Whilst in Mysore, me and my husband visited the Royal Enfield showroom/dealer. I wanted to buy some engine bars for my RE Meteor 350. I am from the UK but liked the idea of being the bars from India direct. The staff were very helpful, in particular was Mr. Anto Sudeep. He is the Gear Executive at this branch. He went above and beyond in helping me to purchase the bars and arrange for delivery to my home in the UK. He confirmed all details and whilst we waited for confirmation for delivery, he supplied us with much needed bottles of water. We felt very much looked after with gold star customer service. The bars arrived in the UK very quickly. They were well packaged and arrived with no damage. I now have a little piece of India for my bike with good memories of Mr Sudeep and the store Mysore. I would happily deal with him again. I have included photos of said engine bars and the package as it arrived to my home.

We called in as my wife wanted engine bars for her RE in the UK. Staff were very very friendly and helpful and were concerned courier would be more than item cost. They packaged up and weighed and yes it would cost more but it still better value than UK. The help and service we had was truly amazing. Staff were a credit to the dealership and were superb ambassadors for RE. Thanks.

Brought Himalayan 450. Had a wonderful experience . The delivery and documention process was very smooth. Best option to buy RE bikes in Mysore. Waiting period for bikes are less. I Recommend people to buy from here.
