The team at the Bonanza the beauty lounge is incredibly professional and friendly. A staff named Bansi was exceptional — she was attentive, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained each step of the process, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which created a positive and relaxing atmosphere.

Luxury lounge in the city with best service. Had my Wella hairspa and Haircut. Kinjal who attended me gave me the best service. Good experience. Thank you bhavin and team.

Hemali took the time to understand my skin type and the exact look I wanted. The makeup was smooth, natural yet glam, and stayed perfect for hours. The finish was flawless, and I received so many compliments. Truly happy with her work—highly recommended.
