However, I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff. They were quite arrogant and not very helpful toward customers. If they could answer inquiries politely and offer suggestions, it would encourage people to buy more books. As a bookstore, they have the potential to share their knowledge and guide customers, which would not only improve sales but also enhance the shopping experience. With so many online stores and free PDFs available, it's important for physical bookstores to create a welcoming environment that encourages people to explore and understand the value of the books they offer. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for fellow book lovers.

I will rate it 5 stars though there is a scope for upgrading in terms of the number of titles. They have been doing a tremendous job in keeping the book lovers entertained. You get almost all genres of books here. They take interest in getting books to you if unavailable with them. I hope to keep going back to the store in the coming days.
