I stayed with my female friend here for almost 4 days... Everything was really good. We felt safe here. The staffs are good and friendly and the room service was also on time. We ordered dinnet and water bottle in our rooms and we quiet like the services... The best thing about ourKolkata trip is this room... Thank you Akash.

The room was good they charged me 1350 rs for single person AC room the room is enough for a single person. Food available but it's ok ok . Near by you have small resturant that are better. Railway is like 10 minutes walk away.

This place is so comfortable and the staff are really nice. The food they serve are really good and tasteful. One of the best hotel in howrah.5-star services. Breakfast and dinner is delicious, plus, they make perfect poached eggs! Various activities available here for free also with some additional charges (moderate price), such as bike rental, ATV, flying fox, bungee trampoline, movie and game room. In addition, there are various free kids activities on holiday seasons. Worth the price!

This is one of the best hotels in howrah for stay.Ambience is good. Food and service is excellent.Staffs are very cordial.A must place to visit. Hope to visit soon. Location is perfect and moreover food is quite reasonable as compared to other delivery outlets on the highway.

I would highly recommend Hotel OPS to fellow travelers. It offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a focus on customer satisfaction. this hotel provides an excellent home away from home. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

I recently visited this Restaurant in Kolkata and was thoroughly impressed. As a visitor from Nepal, I found the food outstanding. The pricing was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was attentive and warm, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Being near to Kolkata railway station we choose a family room which was so nice. Having restaurant inside with justified rates is another plus point. Staff is good and helpful.
