Fantastic hotel with great location. Centrally located . Walkable distance to major shopping centre, railway station and bus stand. Very good food and service. Buffet breakfast with lot of local and continental dishes. Polite and pleasant staff . Security staffs are very courteous and helping.

Relatively nice hotel with good spread of food for breakfast. The bathroom was clean with amenities but the headboard could have been a bit cleaner. Generally a good stay.

A very nice place to stay particularly with family. Staff are excellent, honest and friendly. Food is very good especially the buffet lunch and break fast.

It was a wonderful experience,celebrating my daughter's birthday few days ago having 50 guests in Cafe Jade,brunch buffet.The food and service was exceptional. They cater an international multicuisine food,veg and non-veg.The desserts were aesthetic and taste amazing. Thanks to Mr. Biju(restaurant manager)for helping us the event successful! All the staffs are friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this restaurant for any celebration.My search in Google for one of the best restaurant in Trivandrum was proven by personally experiencing it. Price are affordable.They have enough parking as well. Kuddus to all the staffs!

I want to thank the cafe jade staff for providing professional service and making this trip very memorable for me. The food was awesome, the staff was very cordial. The buffet always surprised me because they had different themes everyday. I happen to visit during Thattukada food fest the variety of fast food was amazing. Special thanks to Kylie for being an amazing host and always helping me with everything i need. Thanks Hycinth. 10/10 recommend.

Great variety of food with Kerala specialities and amazing service. The extensive pastry bar at brunch was very much a highlight as well.

It offers a range of options from healthy snacks and international fare to local Kerala dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend trying their Slow Fried Chicken with Garlic Oyster Glaze, Crispy Honey Chilli Water Chestnut and Lotus Stem, and the apple pie.

The food is amazing! I wouldn’t say its “worth the price” but whatever dishes we ordered were lip smacking except the chicken idichu thalichathu. The ambience is cozy and the outside view is good too! Recommended dishes: Mutton Syrian Ularthu, Kerala Parotta, Ghee Rice, Chicken Naadan Parattu.

Excellent service by the staff. Nice ambience and cuisine. Enjoyed our family dine out at O Cafe. Special thanks to the staff for making our day memorable.
