Building a house is a once in a lifetime experience.Vijay sir enabled this experience for us. Every customer has a design / expectation in their mind. The true value and satisfaction for us was in the highly interactive approach that Vijay sir adopted. While he would come up with initial designs based on our inputs, he constantly incorporated suggestions and Co-created the design. The end result has been a great combination of a modern design with elements of traditional design built in. We now have a few unique design features which have become reference. We are happy to have chosen to work with Arch4 Foundation Architects. We now have a heavenly house named Rajesh Residence at ooty.
