I approached Wallcliffs law firm for a legal opinion to buy a property. The firm allocated a Legal Assistant to preliminarily get details from me before it’s given to their team. I felt that the said legal assistant was not competent to collect the files properly from me. When I reported this to the law firm, they immediately allocated the file to a different legal assistant (A) who did a great job and the file was forwarded to the team. The team did a wonderful job and had provided a perfect opinion to me. I was totally satisfied with the opinion. I thank Team Wallcliffs for their professional work and their approach to intervene and provide competent service to their clients. I am also happy that the firm accepted my feedback in a right way. The firm further assured that they will not have incompetent people any more in their team and I heard that they have kept up their words.
