We took handover of our dream flat in Bashyam Crown residence today. We are super excited to moving into it shortly while some finishing works for common facilities are still going on at rapid pace to make the living experience a class apart. Strategically located close to Koyembedu metro station, the project is going to set new benchmark for community living in Chennai with high standards of techkology, quality, safety, and modern facilities.

I recently enquired about the Crown Residences project in Koyambedu. The sales team was incredibly patient. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the project, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I fully understood the process before moving forward. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer every question made me feel confident and well-informed.

Its the office India Builders. Their concentration is on JV. The quality of construction is excellent and they are a customer friendly company. Looking for JV then it's at IB definitely.
