I contacted Purti Ma'am after researching quite a few options online. And I am glad I did. She is very professional and at the same time made me feel comfortable enough to share my thoughts. She suggested me things that we know we should do but usually tend to not pay much attention to-like staying hydrated and many more. She suggested very normal things to clear my mind and kept me motivated. I had a medicine free treatment -just counselling. She knows well what she does and is too good at it. I feel positive and the counselling sessions worked well. Thank you.

Sessions with Purti di have been so comfortable throughout. Besides all the epiphanies, the exercises she had recommended has really changed my way of approaching a problem. Thankful for the experience!

I've been in sessions for the last eight months. I approached my therapist when I was mentally suffering from some issues, and since then, I've improved a lot; the progress has been steady. Initially, I assumed we would only work on one or two things, but I later realized that my overall well-being was being taken care of—mentally, socially, and emotionally. One of the best things I've found about her is that she strives to make me independent in handling my issues, which is the most important thing. She encourages me to think, reflect, and take control of myself. I appreciate her cross-questions because, many times, I find the answers within myself through this process. In conclusion, I want to emphasize that it's essential to express everything you need to say because she will listen non-judgmentally.

My experience during the journey of life with mam was really good. She is one of the best psychologist in kota. I was at the apex of my depression( and ocd ) , She helped me relive my life once again . I think students studying in kota should visit her (instead of wasting money on snacks and movie) .
