As part of my mental health counseling with Dr. Rasia Kashani, I have experienced a significant improvement in recent months (although it has not been long)—and I am truly grateful for her continued support every step of the way. The experience has been a positive one overall, and I sincerely hope that others find the same sense of ease and comfort that I have throughout their journey. I am immensely thankful for Dr. Rasia's professionalism and dedication to my recovery.

Coming across CMHS was one of the best things that happened to me. Miss Rasia kashani was extremely helpful in changing and recognising my unhealthy patterns and coping mechanisms. She was supportive and provided guidance to me in my healing journey.
