I recently visited urology department of paras hospital Srinagar for bipolar TURP surgery of my father. The way Dr Mufti Mahmood ahmad sir treated my father was commendable. He is one of the best doctors in jammu and kashmir. He is taking extra care of patients by motivating them to improve their health after surgery also. The hospital facilities, staff, doctors,nurses and other support staff are humble & supportive during the entire treatment. Lastly I would thank all concerned staff members of paras hospital who was directly or indirectly connected to my fathers treatment for providing such an outstanding care and comfort especially Dr Mufti Mahmood ahmad sahab. I will always recommend this hospital to everyone for high professionalism and extra care.

I had an excellent experience at Paras Hospital in Srinagar, particularly with Dr. Danish, who treated my 8-year-old daughter for tonsillitis and adenoids. From the moment we entered the hospital, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and attentive, which immediately put us at ease. Dr. Danish is a highly skilled, compassionate and empathetic ENT specialist. He took the time to thoroughly explain my daughter’s condition and the treatment options available. His approach was both patient and reassuring, making sure we understood the entire process and that our daughter felt comfortable throughout treatment.

Highly recommended but I would like to suggest some improvements in the mess services. The quality and taste of the food can be made better, and meals could be served warmer and on time. Tea quality and timing can also be improved. Cleanliness in the dining area and more variety in the daily menu would make the experience much better for patients and attendants. I hope the management looks into these points to enhance the overall comfort of patients.

Had a good experience in the hospital. In addition to being qualified, the staff was kind and caring, would like to particularly mention nursing staff especially nurse nahida and farhat. The doctors here are qualified and understanding. We were clearly informed of the treatments recommended and the options available to us.
