We had sent a courier through Anytime express and due to an unusual mistake, a very important package meant for Uk reached Australia.It was an extremely distressing situation for us but must say the way nitesh from Anytime Express handled it was commendable. Right from accepting their mistake, being in regular touch with us to the final dispatch of the packet, he made us comfortable and made all efforts to rearrange the booking of the packet.
