I had septoplasty surgery at the hospital in June and must say the whole experience was excellent. The doctor and the entire staff were friendly and guided me through the process. At no point did they ever push you in the direction of a surgery. The nurses are friendly, qualified and eased you through the surgical preparation and the doctor/surgeon/Dr Sayeesh Pillai gave me confidence and courage throughout the surgery(as it was my first time having any kind of a surgical procedure with LA/GA). Post procedure, the doctor calmly listened to all my questions and gave suggestions on how to have a speedy recovery; and asked for few follow up visits. Even though, the hospital is not as crowded as other hospitals partly because they specialize in ENT; nevertheless, their services are top notch and not that expensive. Overall - I strongly recommend giving this hospital a try for any lingering ENT issues.
