An admirable experience at GEI. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the medical team provided excellent care. Also appreciate the outstanding service provided by Greeshma (PRO), to assist provided clear information, and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly.

In 2010 I got both my eyes operated for cataract. How pleasent was the experience then I found the same experience now too in February 2025 when Self and family visited for general eye check up during our Kerala tour. The best part was the guidance by the hospital staff to each and every section wherever the patient has to go for checks. Out of the world service. Very very highly impressed.

I am totally pleased by their service. Excellent treatment. No hidden charges or anything. Everything is transparent.. will be coming back whenever I need eye related help.

When you visit an eye clinic which has an optical shop, usually you get pushed to buy a spec. Dr Sandhya, on the other hand advised me not to get a specs! I had great experience. The lady who tested my vision, though I don't remember her name, clearly explained everything and educated me about spherical and cylindrical issues. If you're looking for an expert advice and care for your eye problems, please don't hesitate even for a moment to go there.

We visited Dr.Sandhya's clinic for eye check up of entire family on 15-07-23. Comfortable parking area and excellent facilities. We had taken appointment over phone and reached at 10am sharp. There was no waiting and check up was completed quickly. Support staff very cordial and friendly. Doctor was communicating very earnestly and gently. Very much service oriented and not money minded at all. All in all, a great experience! Highly recommended.

My father's cataract operation was done by Dr. Sandhya Mam and we got excellent service, and it is always an excellent place for treatment, and I'm extremely happy with the service.
