We have a Proprietorship firm, we have taken Unsecured Business loan from different NON-BANKING FINANCIAL COMPANY (NBFC), we had been suffering from financial stringency at that point time and present scenario of our financial condition was in a miserable state and under no circumstances it would be possible for us to pay such loan amount within the stipulated period of time. In that situation, we were looking for an Advocate and we found Sarkar Legal services Law Firm. We disclosed our situation and further prayed for one/two-year time in the meantime we would pay our all dues to the concerned NBFC. In that condition, they have taken our matter and saved us from the financial loss. They have taken proper legal steps which is why we are safe now.
