Best gym in Bareilly. It is very well equipped with best equipments n experienced n helping staff. My personal trainer Mr Siddharth Lal adds to the repute of the gym, he is very experienced, hardworking n result oriented trainer.

It's been almost 2 month here in Helios gym civil lines... All I can say that I can see positive changes in me.. my desire goal of my body is successfully on its path under the guidance of the best coaches on the floor.. the atmosphere is very healthy and positive.. highly recommend this gym.

I love how this gym is sooo much different from other gyms in regards to its equipments and workout pattern. Great workout for a good value. Love the staff, environment, and energy. Excellent location and very inviting. First place I want to go to after work!.

Personally speaking, Trainer - Aryan Verma (PT) has been guiding me for some time now and I have observed results following his guidance and diet plans.

One of the best gym in bareilly with affordable range and best trainers in the city… I myself has taken a pt (Vipin sharma)and the results are visible within a month.

Experience is much good from last 1 year ... And one of my favourite trainer shobhit who always there to help me and motivate me to push to achieve my traget... Thanks for new new challenging work out ..

Awesome gym. I request you to kindly open another gym on Nainital road. The number of people who want a gym on Nainital Road is very high.

All the trainers in the gym learn very well. The environment is also very good and no parking problems.Mr Danish is an expert in Zumba class.

One of the most spacious GYM in Bareilly. Good Trainer, Guarded Parking Facility. Aerobic Room, 2 floors.
