I joined sark gym around 6 months ago and satish sir taught all the basic warmup and actual workouts, all the proper forms and really helped to gain strength. I gained around 12 kilograms of weight in 6 months and still my muscles are in order of growth. All basic facilities like AC for summers, Water cooler and basic serving facilities makes sure for uninterrupted smooth workout process. Sir keeps checking everyone for proper sets and forms and comforts everyone by joy and their lovely nature.

My journey of fitness stated 4 months back with Sark Gym and Mr.Shatish(the owner and trainer of the gym),evey morning I entered the gym greeted by Shatish Bhai with a wonderful smile.The ambience of the gym is fantastic,clean and hygiene, atmosphere is friendly.Fellow gym members are friendly and disciplined and the gym is budget friendly. I highly recommend SARK GYM.

My experience with this gym was so good because the behaviour of the trainer was so good and friendly . And he never recommend bad supplements to uss . If you thinking to join this gym please join it
