I recently took my mom for a consultation visit to Dr Swathi. I had called her on her number and there was an immediate response from her end and I was able to directly book an appointment with her. She keeps herself available for patients and you can get in touch with her easily. Everything was carried out well starting from routine vitals check up and then she came in to talk to us and address my mom's concerns. She was very patient, listened to history fully and gave explanation on what is happening and what best steps can be taken without overwhelming us. She is very friendly and approachable. She gives to the point treatment without putting you through anything unnecessary and guides you throughout in case you need any help or have any queries. We had a good experience with her and I will definitely be visiting her for my check ups.
