I just wanted to share feedback regarding Ashish Verma who assisted me in getting my refund that had been pending for quite a long time. He consistently kept me updated on the next steps and was always available to provide support. Employees like him are truly an asset to the organization. He was the only person who restored our confidence and gave us hope about receiving the refund as we had lost faith and were about to proceed with legal action. However, due to his dedication and efforts we decided not to take that step. We sincerely wish him continued success in his career and appreciate his professionalism and commitment.
