I got my cards from festival cards for my wedding, And they have the best range of card with accurate price. Owner is very honest regarding price and suggested best card available in my range.

The wedding card printing service was good, and the design came out as expected. However, there was a slight delay in delivery. Overall, a decent experience.

Our experience with Festival Cards was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We placed an order for invitation cards with a tight timeline and paid 50% upfront as requested. Later, we paid the remaining 50% in good faith with the understanding that the full order would be completed and delivered as promised. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Throughout the process, communication was very poor and disorganized. We had to repeatedly follow up over the course of nearly three weeks just to receive updates. Despite multiple assurances, the order was delayed and ultimately only partially delivered. In addition, we were asked to pay extra money for changes that were simply handwritten rather than professionally completed as expected. Considering the high prices charged, the lack of professionalism, missed timelines, and incomplete delivery were unacceptable. The experience created unnecessary stress during an already time-sensitive event planning process. For anyone considering using this business, I strongly recommend getting all agreements, timelines, and deliverables clearly documented in writing. It is also advisable not to pay the full amount until the entire order has been completed and delivered. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Festival Cards. Pratikbhai was an absolute treat to work with while making our kankotris! My fiancé and I were so confused on what type of design we should do and how can we match it to the theme of our wedding which will be in Cancun. Our only requirement was that we wanted a trifold/open door design and beachy vibes. However, Pratikbhai was able to customize with us to bring a traditional yet modern look to our Kankotri. We were also on a tight timeline as our RSVP date was approaching but he was able to quickly bring everything together for us. Even being a perfectionist and the multiple rounds of edits I asked to make for the smallest details, the Vivah team was patient with me and got it done! They also were able to work with our budget! We HIGHLY recommend using Vivah!
