The staff, especially Jheel and Manas, provided exceptional assistance in helping me select the most suitable yoga mat. However, despite the positive start, I encountered an issue with the yoga mat after purchase. When I raised my concern, the behavior of the owner or manager towards customers was surprisingly unprofessional and peculiar. Moreover, they seem to use tactics to detract or discourage customers rather than resolving concerns effectively, which was highly disappointing. While the staff was helpful, these issues significantly undermined the overall experience.
