Had a good experience and staffs are really great compared to other branches. Menaka mam from ground floor helped a lot and explained all the details. Only thing I thought about it was about savings scheme, it is mandatory to have the passbook at the time of purchase else it will take an hour to get a duplicate one. But Salem branch people are good at helping.

Overall experience was really good. Being very young to invest on gold I was shooting up with lot of questions but surprisingly Manager Mr. Santosh was very polite and delivered a complete insight about everything regarding gold and investment and products in their jewellery shop. I would highly recommend the shop.
