DELHI PUBLIC LIBRARY REVIEWS
The library was established on 27 October 1951 as a pilot project sponsored by UNESCO and the Government of India. The library project dates back to 1944, when Shri Ramkrishna Dalmia donated most of the amount required to construct a library building at the request of Gen. Sir Claude Auchinleck. In February 1950 the Indian government and UNESCO agreed to initiate the project, and the library was officially opened on 27 October 1951, by then Prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The library buildings were acquired between 1951 and 1953, with operations formally transferred from UNESCO to the Indian Government in 1955. The library provides training facilities to both student librarians and social education workers and has done so from its early days
DPL is much better than any private library as it's spacious and better facilities to study not only your syllabus but also help to gain your knowledge in every field as DPL provides newspaper & magazines along with 45 mins internet usage ( only for educational purpose ) and had a auditorium where seminars conducts frequently. I m highly recommend you to be a part of DPL Chandni Chowk it's worthfull if you are really into studies.
All facilities provide in delhi library can’t explain about facilities bcoz counting would be end really for students superb services provide

The first book i chose here today is ROMILA THAPAR as i do miss my college. Currently persuing BLIS course from IGNOU & no chance to have library in your study centres so i consider this as one of the best place to get your studies done in silence♡..

AMERICAN LIBRARY REVIEWS
The library is cozy and has its collection of american authors' books, not latest ones and popular though. The books are very nicely covered and labelled and are in a very good condition. This place has a tight security and doesn't allow laptops. It also has a guided section of american colleges for students of all kinds. The librarian is friendly. Taking photos inside is not allowed.
The ambience there is so quiet and peaceful. One can completely focus on one's study.. Lots of books are available. Internet access is also there.
Very good library. Even if you talk at location, the transportation, building infrastructure. Also the facility inside the premises are very good. The varieties of books is also very good. Different sections are made for different types of books. Seating space also available. Basic amenities also available over there. Must to get membership to avail seminars facilities as well.
