I just wanted to take a moment acknowledge the great training sessions that's been provided here. MMA( Mixed Martial Arts) training gives you a better workout than traditional gym workout. But here along with MMA there are kickboxing, jiu - jitsu, Muay-Thai, weight Training, crossfit, women fitness etc. Big thumbs to Mr. Michael, for this creating this amazing place for training session!” “Training gold! Thanks for sharing your expertise!” Your expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable. Enthusiasm and positive attitude of the Trainers have also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. Every Training sessions are game changer. Appreciate dedication and Thank you for being an exceptional Trainer.

They have only one rest room for men and one for ladies. This is used as changing room as well. With number of participants increasing, you have to be super quick to change and come out. Though it seems to show scarcity of facilities, it shows their culture and discipline as well. You can see the culture and discipline of martial art at every step of all couches and all students. Though they aim excellence, they are very grounded and respectful and give you your space to pick up the training. You can see kids to elderly people all enjoying their learning here.

One of the best clubs to train, get in shape, learn self defence and even get into mma professionally. Coaching staff is very proficient and professional with regards to training. Facility has adequate gears and support machines to supplement one's training creating a 360° approach to training.

Kashyap sir is super awesome, trained and talented. I have been training under his guidance from the last three months and it’s been fabulous. I have in the last three months learned different techniques and Kashyap sir is always there to guide me with the right technique. If you are planning to learn martial arts, Kashyap sir is the go to guy.
