I've been dealing with tight muscles for months, and it was really starting to affect my day-to-day life. Even simple activities like walking felt uncomfortable. I was desperate for relief. So, I went to Visava Wellness near my building, and let me tell you, it was worth the trip. Their therapists used their hands, cupping, and massage machines to work out all those knots. The session was intense, but in a good way. They didn't take any breaks, and by the end, my body felt light and flexible. My muscles were looser, and my body felt lighter. If you have sore muscles, bad posture due sitting at your office chair or maybe you go to gym like me and you might squatted more than what you were capable of or perhaps it just wasn't your day. I would really recommend this place and staff members were really welcoming and leaves you with tips and exercises after your done with your session. Overall great experience, would highly recommend.

This first time I have visited Body Bliss Spa (Vasai) west for full body massage, receptionist Ms. is very friendly & Sensible and knowledge of Hindi. Though I have hearing loss problem she was very co-operative and the girl messure is also great & amazing and has a great knowledge about massage wherein how to release muscle stiffness. I liked the atmosphere, music and my first “Balinese” medium pressure massage, which make me fully relaxed. Most important the charges are also very economic and reasonable. Definitely I would like to visit once again to have other massage therapy and highly recommend if anybody looking for relaxing massage session with reasonable price then Body Bliss SPA is right place.

Massager (Christina) was extremely good with massage and polite as well. ambience was simply perfect and relaxing. overall a great experience; I loved visiting again and highly recommend if u need some relaxing and good massage Body Bliss is the one.

First impressions are Clean and well organised spa. Staff is courteous and services provided were excellent. We had the couple's Balinese massage which was perfect and we ended up taking the membership here. Limited time offer only for the membership so go ahead and enjoy their services. Highly recommended.
