Dr. Nishit and Sanjana with their staff was amazing with my pet. They took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly, answering all my questions patiently. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the animals and their well-being. The follow-up care and attention to detail were exceptional. My pet is now happy and healthy, and I’m so grateful for the team’s dedication. I highly recommend The Progressive Pet Clinic to any pet owner looking for top-notch veterinary.

I have roughly visited the clinic at least twice or thrice a month for six months. Only ONCE due to some unforseen emergency I had to wait for an hour. When I entered the consulting room Dr Nishith immediately apologized for the delay. Such a simple gesture but so meaningful. The vets of course are great but the entire staff is cheerful and helpful. It makes a huge difference as getting your pet to the doctor is stressful for the pet parent. So a positive environment helps greatly in reducing our tension.

I can’t thank Supreme Clinic and Dr. Vimal Pande enough! My cat got stung by a bee, and in a panic, we took him to Four Paw because it was emergency. Unfortunately, they gave him the wrong medication, and his condition got so much worse. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do until we decided to go to Dr. Vimal. He was amazing—so kind, calm, and clearly an expert. He treated my cat with the right meds, and within just a day, my little guy was already so much better. The difference in care was like night and day. I’d strongly recommend Dr. Vimal and Supreme Clinic to anyone who loves their pets. Don’t be tempted by the cheaper prices at Four Paw—it’s not worth the risk. Your pets deserve the best, and that’s exactly what you’ll get with Dr. Vimal.

Dr. Vimal has been treating my dog Myra excellently ever since she was diagnosed with Addison’s disease. He was quick to come and administer her treatment on a home visit during an emergency and her health has considerably improved. He is very understanding and gentle towards pets. Provides professional consultation and assistance with medication.

I recently had my cat, Frooty, neutered at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The veterinarian did an exceptional job, and Frooty is recovering wonderfully. The staff was professional and caring throughout the process, and the post-operative care and medication were clearly explained. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering similar procedures for their pets. Thank you for taking such great care of Frooty!

Dr. Vimal Pandey is an excellent veterinarian. We have a Dashund who developed a severe case of topical dermatitis which was red swollen and very painful and Dr. Panday’s treatment and recommendations cleared the doggie’s infection within 3 weeks. Walk-in anytime and you will be treated with the utmost diligence, care tips, advice and prompt medical attention. The staff ensures our furry babies are not just cared for in their hopeless moments but do get a second chance at life. Where else would you find all this at one affordable facility well placed close to Vasai West Railway Station.

We had a good experience with Urban Veterinary Care. They have a very caring and friendly staff that gave us a clear understanding of my pet's condition, before and after the surgery. Their team of doctors guided us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly without much of a hassle.

Had a great experience with my pet. They have all facilities under one roof and also got medicines at midnight from their in house medical.
