“Guwahati Medical College and Hospital provides medical education at undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty levels. GMCH has also been actively involved in awareness programmes for body and organ donation. Their laboratories are well-equipped, and the whole campus is full of greenery and a noise-free study environment. A seminar room is attached to the departmental ward, where weekly seminars, journal clubs, and clinical presentations are held. The library at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital has an in-house database for the e-centre (e-library), where users have 24 terminals to access the database. Moreover, Guwahati Medical College and Hospital also has many recreational facilities. They are also associated with a College of Nursing and train students for B.Sc and M.Sc degrees.”
