Naina was very knowledgeable about the different Honda models and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She wasn't pushy at all, and I felt comfortable asking her questions and exploring different options.

It's an great experience from premsons and the sales person Sonali has been very cooperative and professionally active person, and had purchased honda activa 125 H smat, feeling awesome.

Hi Royal Enfield Overall experience with Royal Enfield has been good, especially the support from Mr. Chandan Dube, who patiently listened to my concerns and made sincere efforts to resolve them. His approach toward customer handling and bike care is truly professional and appreciable. However, a few associates need better understanding of customer issues, which can be improved.

Had a great experience at Royal Enfield Thunder. Kanchan, Shweta, and Rakesh were extremely helpful and patiently explained all the vehicle details. They made the entire buying process smooth and comfortable.
