The biggest, oldest and the best service center in the entire North East. As part of my All India ride, visited the showroom on my 254th day to service my Bullet. Though the committed timelines were not kept, the service manager took personal care to ensure all work was completed to precision and up to my satisfaction. All the staff displayed very good service standards and dealt with me with much compassion. Wishing the entire team all the very best.

The experience of purchasing my bike was smooth. But the servicing needs to be improved, in both 4th and 5th servicing, there has been after service issues, and I would need to visit again to get it fixed. The servicing needs to be done more sincerely and not do it just for the sake of doing a servicing.

I love this royal Enfield showroom and their team members. Their behaviour are very friendly and good. I recently purchased my dream bike for this showroom.
