A month ago, I had a tonsillectomy surgery performed by Dr. Rituparna Saha (ENT Surgen) at ILS Hospital, Agartala. From the first consultation, the doctor carefully listened to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. Pre-operative tests were done, the reports were received in the same day. Surgery was performed next day and it took around 45 minutes under general anesthesia. I was shifted to the recovery room and felt completely normal within 2 hours, with only mild throat soreness. I requested discharge after 5 hours, but the doctor recommended staying overnight. I was discharged the next day and was able to travel comfortably-rode a bike for about 70 km, then went to the airport and flew to home in Karnataka without any issues. For the first 5–6 days, there was some pain, so I took liquid and soft food along with prescribed medications. The pain gradually reduced and I became completely normal within 10 days. The doctor, hospital staff and diagnostic services were all excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Rituparna Saha and ILS Hospital for tonsillectomy or ENT care.

My consultant Dr.Manjiri Podder Mam , under whom my whole pregnancy has undergone. I am very much Thankful and very very happy by her guidence. My OT is also done by her. Today at 4:30 PM I visited The Meditrust Healthcare with my father. For sonography of my father. All the staff there were very good. My work was done in 60 minutes. I am very happy.. If anyone is looking for good Healthcare then I would say you can go there and get it checked.

Management is very good, Staffs are very polite, co-operative & helpful. Service is also very Good. I am very pleased with their service.

Partha Sir is like God to me very caring and supportive. Throughout my entire pregnancy journey I blindly believed in him.As he said I did everything and it was fruitful. But the Main thing I have to say is about the receptionist. Very disgusting behaviour and also talks very badly...Her behaviour indicates that she works here without pay. Nurses, other staffs, helpers behaviour is good.
