“Taj Museum exhibits architectural drawings of the Taj Mahal, plus Mughal miniature paintings, weaponry & jade objects. Taj Museum has been operating for over 400 years; this beautiful white marble poetry is still one of the most exciting pieces of architecture ever known to humanity. The museum is housed in the Western Jal Mahal, the Taj Mahal Complex component. The museum consists of three galleries and has numerous displays on show. The museum showcases old plans of the Taj Mahal, samples of inlay stones, historical photographs, colored drawings, royal Farmans, sands, and specimens of the precious stones used in its construction. Entry to the museum is free.”
