Good collection of artifacts representing the heritage of the state. It is fairly well maintained. Very relaxed atmosphere and is usually not crowded. Unfortunately there are few people who could help with gaining insight into many of the items on display and their historical significance. Good place to spend a lazy afternoon.

The artifacts are good and there are models made of the various tribes that have existed in Jharkhand - Have a Huge amount of interesting articles of tribal aura

This is a wonderful place. The tribal people come to life here, and you will feel as if they are all real and actually in flesh and blood. The figurines are made exquisitely and are astonishingly well made. It is a shame that they do not permit any pictures to be taken. There rules are very strict and you should avoid taking any pics. There is a ground floor and a first floor both have a huge amount of interesting articles of tribal aura which one can satisfy our curiosity of where we originally came from aeons back. Do take out time to check out this place which is something out of the ordinary.
