“Dr. Amit Srivastava has obtained his MBBS and MD in Medicine from MGM Medical College, Indore. He completed his DM in Neurology from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, in 2006. Dr. Srivastava has conducted extensive research on white matter diseases (such as Multiple Sclerosis and ADEM) during his training. He won first prize for his paper on the clinical profile of ADEM at the National Conference of Neurology (IANCON) in 2009 at Kochi. He is a member of the Indian Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Neurology. He also worked as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at CMC Vellore for 2 years. He is instrumental in establishing the Acute Stroke Management protocols in two previous hospitals. He has a special interest and vast experience in treating headache patients, Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, epilepsy, botulinum toxin treatment for spasticity and other indications, and white matter disorders (such as Multiple Sclerosis). Dr. Amit Srivastava has published many research papers related to neurology. He is currently practising in Trinity Clinic and Max Superspeciality Hospital.”
