The accountability that comes with the plan is the key for the success. The diet plans were flexible and Dr. Rajat along with Simran were with me at every step of the way. Loosing weight is hard for me due to my inherent problems like thyroid but I managed to reduce 7 pounds, 3% of my body fat and several inches on my tummy.
