When u are able to follow her instructions, u definitely get results, I have. The services are not a cup of tea for everyone.These kind of services tend to be expensive be it anywhere.And last but not the least ma’am is a counsellor also, she will listen to you share her experiences with you of both life and clients, she will happily converse with you, laugh with you, feel your emotions.She will also give you rain checks.Its no magic, you put ur sincere efforts and she will help you with her vast experience and knowledge of food and nutrition. If you can afford it, and if you need it, then you should visit her.

I have got experience of living a healthy and happy life. Dr Archana mam gave me confidence, motivation, and guidance in my intense suffering caused by IBS and gluten allergy which no allopathy and homeopathic doctor was able to diagnose; so treatment is far away. The best part of the treatment given by Dr Archana mam is that she connects you well emotionally, mentally, and psychological without saying many things. She is always there and available every time to you. She is just a phone call away. She understands you well and feels her presence in your life as a blessing and mercy of God. Thank you mam. There are no enough words to express my gratitude.

Archana Ma'am is a life changer. Her diets revolve around the basic concepts of eating clean home cooked food which are easy to prepare and not exorbitantly priced unlike other fancy diets. She is a great motivator and does not believe in starving the person to shed weight. It’s been two months since I started my health journey with Neha and her team, and the experience has been great. From day one, they listened carefully to my concerns and created diet plans tailored to my health needs and limitations. Before beginning the journey, it felt challenging, but the meal plans are simple and easy to follow with time and team's guidance. My biggest challange has always been with water intake, however that has improved a lot - all thanks to the team. The team is very supportive, checking in weekly via calls and group chats and always available for guidance and motivation. Living overseas, I really appreciate how they adapt the plans based on ingredient availability. I’m already seeing positive results, including weight loss, but most importantly, I feel healthier which has always been the goal. Neha truly understood what I have been aspiring for, and we are well on track
