Highly recommended. I have been following her diet since July 2025, and by now I have lost almost 18 kg. I could have lost a little more, but that was only due to my own negligence. I had open-heart surgery in my childhood. I also have hormonal issues due to hypothyroidism and PCOD, and I am on medication for hypertension. Reshmi Ma’am is extremely patient and always lends a listening ear to my concerns. She is very soft-spoken and understanding. The diet has truly changed my life—my frozen shoulder is gone, bloating and gastric problems have disappeared, numbness in my hands is gone, and my energy levels are much higher now. The best part is that she never suggests fancy or complicated diets. The meals are very simple and customized according to our convenience. 5+ stars from my end.
