My experience with Smiles and Faces has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Dhole as well as the entire staff were extremely professional, patient and warm. The whole process of getting braces was smooth and I could get appointments as per my schedule which was really helpful. At every step of the process I was kept aware about what has happened or what is going to happen and everything was explained in detail. I started my treatment at Smiles N Faces all the way back in 2019 for orthodontic treatment, for braces. My treatment was finally completed in 2022, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic lock down that followed in 2020. Even during the lockdown, I had my treatment done following all the protocols that were in effect. The entire staff showed utmost professionalism through out my treatment period and after almost 3 years, the final result has been completely worth it. I actually just walked pass this dental clinic , took a quick construction,and straight away felt comfortable with his suggestion ,& felt I was in right place . He is very knowledgeable and experienced it reflects in the work he's done for me. I had few front teeth which were very slant ,at my age (49) I didn't want to go the long way ( braces) ,so I decided to go for false cap treatment. I can see he's done a very good job MashaAllah. I would highly recommend him. The clinic is in a convinient location .And all the staff are friendly & helpful. The place is kept clean & hygienic. Overall it's been a good experience . Thanks.
