The doctors of Velocity Hospital are the best. The staff is the best. The environment here is beautiful. It is calm. The doctor's process of explaining is very gentle. The doctor explained everything well and my baby became fine. The doctor also took the blood test in a single prik. I am very happy with that. Dr. Apoorva Shah is a gem of a person. He's brillant in his field and super clear in explaining things to parents. Being a doctor, he really calms us and explains what has happened to the baby, how his prescribed medicines will treat the issue, and also ensures that baby will be perfectly fine. I highly recommend all the new parents to consult the doctor.

Wonderful experience. The doctor gave us time and explained us everything in detail. He gave us medicines as well as preventive measures for the future. It was a happy atmosphere in the hospital. The staff and nurse took care of the kids well.

As a mother of twins, a big question about health of both...but after meeting with this hospital, I haven't any worries. About treatment I can blindly faith on doctor.

Gem of a doctor. Lucky to have found him. Listens patiently, very good diagnosis. Does not give too many medicines. Hospital also very good with play area. My son sometimes wants to go there only go play and meet his favourite doctor uncle . We have been admitted there also. Very smooth mediclaim process and excellent staff and doctors. Dr Sanjeev Rao - one of the best pediatrician in surat. I am consulting him since my boys birth and I couldn't think of any other Dr than him. My baby is almost 5 years now and under his supervision and consulting, maintained very good health. He is very Polite, having lots of patience to listen and solve each concern of the parents. Most important is his availability even at odd hours of the day.

Dr Sanjeev Rao is one of the best pediatricians. At New Civil Hospital we all doctors consult him for our children. He is very caring and goodwith children.
