5/5 Stars - Excellent Customer Service & Expert Advice! I recently called to inquire about their services and available pets. The owner's friendly and knowledgeable approach impressed me. He took the time to explain the characteristics of various cat, dog, and other animal breeds, helping me make an informed decision. His expertise and passion for animals shone through, and I appreciated his willingness to answer all my questions. The conversation was informative and engaging, showcasing the shop's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have purchased recently a white face adult cockatiel bird. The quality of the bird is really good. In store they guided me perfectly. Costwise little high but the quality was very attractive so you will feel the acceptance of the product.

The kind gentleman at the store was of great help and explained all important stuff on purchase. This place is not the average street corner pet shop since they have pets that the former won't have. Comes highly recommended.

Very good place to buy all pet products. They have dog food, cat food, food for birds. The best part is that they do home delivery and also if any product is not available, they get it for us. They have started with grooming services for pets .. haven't gone there yet. But kudos to owner and staff for making the maximum needed stuff available. Please keep some non commercial product like Bruno's wild essentials, origin, acana..good products..these more value for money.

Lovely Pet Shop is a very good Shop at ECR. The owner of this shop is a very nice gentleman. He helped me by exchanging a cat carrier as my cat was reluctant to go inside. I am truly thankful to him for understanding the issue and accepting the old carrier even after 1 week of purchase. This shop has a wide collection of cat and dog food. Moreover, it's situated on the main road so no issues in locating the shop.

The shop is well-organized, with a wide variety of pet supplies and accessories available. I found everything I needed for my furry friend, and the prices were reasonable.

We brought home a Persian kitten from CR Pets about 10 days ago, and we’re extremely happy with our decision. The kitten is super active and healthy, and we got it at a great price. The owner is very friendly and always available to answer our calls, no matter the time. His guidance has been really helpful for us as first-time pet parents. CR Pets also has a wide range of cats to choose from. I highly recommend getting your first kitten from CR Pets, you’ll probably end up wanting a second one soon.

We bought Persian kittens, and they have provided excellent support. I would say the kittens are healthy and very relaxed. I love the relaxed nature of them with humans. I would suggest whoever needs kitten reach them with trust. Best support and service. Thank you.
