I came across Dr Dawny through an online search. My partner and I have been struggling to see eye to eye in our marraige, so we attended a number of couples counselling sessions. I found Dr Dawny to be attentive, supportive and insightful.He listened impartially to both of us, with the aim of helping us bridge the communication gap in our relationship. Through the practical suggestions he offered us to get our marriage on track, it is clear that he is highly trained and experienced in his field of work. He was sensitive to the challenges that our particular circumstances presented - I am British and my husband a Keralite - and helped us understand what are reasonable expectations within these constraints, and what are not. I also appreciated that he stayed in touch via WhatsApp - a quick line or two to check in on how we're are getting on. This was often the nudge I needed to remind myself of what had been covered in the sessions. I would definitely recommend his counselling services, which have made a tangible difference to how I think and feel. Simply being listened to and having my feelings acknowledged was a balm for my troubled heart.

Dr. Dawny is truly outstanding at what he does. In just one session, he was able to understand the issues with incredible clarity. He listens with genuine patience and compassion, making it easy to open up to him. His treatment approach feels personal and thoughtful, and from my own experience, I noticed a remarkable improvement after just the first visit. I had visited Dr.Dawny after multiple psychiatric consultations from many other countries including Thailand. I was on multiple medications of which I had intolerable side effects. Dr.Dawny analyzed my symptoms very well and changed my medicine in a way that the medications were tolerable and it gave me symptomatic relief. Getting relieved from the side effects of the previous medicines was the first major improvement.
