The new Decathlon showroom layout is very confusing. Though they have a very wide variety of products to offer, but the layout is very difficult to navigate. You climb two floor to start off and then get lost in the maze. No proper sign boards to guide customers through various product ranges. This store seems to be opened in a hurry and it is very evident. So, requesting the management to provide sign boards to navigate through the wide range of products. And if possible, redesign the entrance to be on the ground floor or the first floor rather than having to climb two floors to the entrance.

We recently visited Decathlon and purchased a Domyos jacket. The quality is fantastic—lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for both workouts and casual wear. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right size and fit. The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Decathlon continues to impress with its wide range of products and great value for money. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for reliable and affordable sports gear!

Its is revamped, good parking for both cars and 2 wheelers. Air conditioned, 2 floors of Decathlon goodness. I am so happy that such sports-promoting establishments exist.

Had come here for badminton racket and strings. Staff are very helpful especially Mr Kumar and Mr Madan. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for all the sports goods.
