Visiting Golconda Fort was an amazing experience! The place is steeped in history, and understanding its significance makes the visit even more interesting. The architecture, the acoustics, and the stories behind the fort truly transport you to a different era. I particularly enjoyed the small hiking experience—it’s not too challenging but enough to get your heart pumping. Once you reach the top, you’re rewarded with a breathtaking and satisfying view of Hyderabad city. It’s a great spot to pause and take in the scenery. The fort is well-maintained, with facilities like free drinking water available at different points, which is very thoughtful for visitors. There’s also a small snack spot at the top, perfect for a quick break before heading back down. Getting tickets was hassle-free; I loved the convenience of being able to purchase them online and pay through UPI. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I’d highly recommend Golconda Fort to anyone visiting Hyderabad. It’s a mix of history, adventure, and incredible views that you shouldn’t miss!

The architecture is impressive, especially the way sound travels — clapping at the main gate can be heard at the top of the fort! It’s a bit of a climb, so wear comfortable shoes and carry water. The sunset views from the fort are absolutely worth it, and the evening light and sound show adds a nice touch. Great place to visit. Very big and spacious. Loads of history embedded. Very high to climb. Need to walk a lot. If it’s a hot sunny day be prepared to be sapped badly. But you will get resting places in the shade. If you go up to the topmost point in the fort, you may get a beautiful view of the city. Lot of so called guides and photographers do disturb a lot. Beware of them if you need solitude. However, you may opt one if you are interested in history.

It was best destination for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. The park is home to a wide variety of animals, including majestic tigers, playful primates, exotic birds, and graceful reptiles, safari rides, including the Lion Safari and Tiger Safari, are thrilling and provide a rare opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in semi-wild conditions. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the timing of our visit. We arrived during a period when many animals were resting or not visible in their enclosures, likely due to the afternoon, It would be ideal for visitors to plan their trip early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the animals are more active. Nehru Zoological Park is worth visiting, but timing your visit is crucial to make the most of it. A little planning will ensure you get to see the vibrant wildlife in action!

Very very wonderful place. Zoo premises is very big. People will definitely like it. Kids will love it. Lot of greenery inside. Animals are kept in proper open space. Entry ticket is also not expensive. However there's separate tickets for Toy Train, Buggy ride and Safari inside. It has a decent food court. However people can take their own food and have nice picnic with family and friends. It is no plastic zone, so take all food items in proper tiffins or paper based packs. It has got designated eating spots inside.
