The temple was built in the name of Ved Vyas. The fortress's museum holds a collection of Cars, palanquins, swords and old guns, ivory work, and antique clocks. RAMNAGAR FORT REVIEWS
This place is a must visit if you are in Varanasi. The entry fee is 75 rupees per head for the fort and the museum and let me tell you this is absolutely worth it. The view of Ganga and the fort combined is amazing. Inside the museum photography is not allowed but when you are in the fort you can take amazing pictures in the sunlight. There is a small temple inside as well and the ambience is peaceful..
