This fort is situated just on the opposite side of varanasi ghats. This is one of the most important forts in that region . This famous historical place is built by red sandstone and this fort has a museum, mandir and more historical things. Also you can go to the top of the museum by underground way and enjoy the beautiful sunset.. This fort was built in Mughal style in 1750.

I recently visited Ramnagar Fort and was impressed by its rich history and stunning architecture. The museum, featuring artifacts from the royal era, was a highlight. The sunset views were unforgettable.

Very interesting and the museum too, very dusty though and uncared for but interesting textile and clothing collection. The gun and knife exhibit was very taken care of and interesting for armament lovers. Incredible view from the outside balconies and Vishnu temple.
