At an emergency situation of my mother's kidney stone/UTI condition, I saw Dr. Jha's reviews online and instantly consulted a doctor friend of mine in Delhi who spoke to Dr. Jha and suggested me that we should definitely go with him. My dad and mom went to the Star Hospital and found out that the hospital and their staff are really good, neat and tidy facility and well kept as compared to many messy hospitals in Siliguri. Dr. Jha was really nice to them and they simply loved his process of treatment. He kept them well informed about the process and patient enough to listen and answer their queries. My mom had a successful treatment and surgery for the stone. Both my parents stayed at the cabin there for couple of days and their reviews about Dr. Jha and hospital and all the staff and food were simply outstanding. I have never seen them so happy after spending money in the treatment and spending so many days at the hospital. They felt like they were treated at home by a family member.
