They provide comfortable and safe environment for maternity yoga and help to learn yoga step by step. Alongwith yoga they also do different activities like art and craft, garbhasanskar, and creative activities.

At Henna's Yoga center, you have very intelligent and helpful yoga instructors and you get personalised attention . The Yoga centre is also well lit, well ventilated and spacious. I am fully satisfied with the centre and doing yoga has made me relieve my back pain.

I have joined online classes at nodhi yoga hub, and the classes were knowledgeable and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. They have new activities on Saturdays which are fun and give a new experience.
