“Jankalyan Blood Centre provides blood and blood products to the poor, and patients with thalassaemia and haemophilia free of cost. The blood bank has a highly professional and ethical blood bank that serves the community. Jankalyan Blood Centre's staff are kindhearted and always ready to help the patients. They have conducted 6,557 successful camps, 478,108 happy donors, and over 500 engaged volunteers. The blood bank conducts an awareness programme to educate the public about voluntary blood donation camps through a publicity campaign. They have the facility to irradiate the blood components, for some patients with very low immunity. Jankalyan Blood Centre has 620,678 happy beneficiaries. The blood bank also provides ample classroom space for workshops, seminars, and training sessions for laboratory technicians and other staff members.”
